Role Description The Senior Beauty Consultant will provide personalized product recommendations and skincare consultations to customers, ensuring a premium and welcoming in-store experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves demonstrating products, explaining ingredients and advantages, and guiding customers through complete self-care routines aligned with Kimirica’s brand values. The role includes driving retail sales, meeting individual and store targets, managing visual merchandising, and maintaining product displays to reflect a luxury brand environment.

Consultant will handle customer queries, resolve concerns,



and build long-term relationships through attentive service and follow-ups. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on new launches and trends, supporting in-store events and promotions, and collaborating with the store team to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable routines.
- In-depth product knowledge across skincare, bath and body, fragrances, and wellness, with the ability to explain ingredients, usage, and benefits clearly.
- Proven customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive experience for diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales, including meeting targets, upselling and cross-selling, and managing point-of-sale interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products confidently and educate customers on self-care practices.
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or luxury retail environments; certification or diploma in cosmetology or related field is preferred.
- Solid attention to detail, professional grooming, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Positive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
