Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with 3–7 years of experience in US IT Staffing and Bench Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of marketing consultants and generating placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and market IT consultants available on bench to suitable client requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, recruiters, and direct clients.
- Identify and work on relevant contract, C2C, W2, and other US IT staffing opportunities.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with vendors and clients.
- Market consultants through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, and other professional channels.
- Understand consultant profiles, skills, availability, work authorization, and location preferences.
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, follow-ups, and closures.
- Maintain solid vendor and client relationships to generate consistent requirements.
- Track submissions,



interviews, placements, and consultant performance.
- Ensure timely updates to consultants and internal teams throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to maximize consultant placements.
- Meet weekly and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.

Required Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Sales Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Experience working with C2C, W2, contract, and vendor requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of US time zones and staffing practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and vendor management platforms.

Preferred
- Experience handling multiple consultants simultaneously.
- Existing vendor/client network is an advantage.
- Proven record of successful placements and closures.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
