Role Description The Senior Beauty Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for delivering an elevated customer experience in a luxury retail workplace. This role includes greeting customers, understanding their self-care needs, and recommending suitable Kimirica products across skincare, bath and body, and wellness categories.

Advisor will demonstrate product usage, provide personalized consultations, and educate customers on ingredients, benefits, and routines. Daily tasks involve achieving retail sales targets, managing visual merchandising standards, maintaining product displays and stock levels,



and ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment. The role also includes handling customer queries and feedback, supporting training of junior team members, and upholding brand values of wellness, ethics, and sustainability.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to offer personalized product recommendations and routine guidance.
- In-depth product knowledge and the ability to communicate features, ingredients, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Proven customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or luxury lifestyle products, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional presence suitable for a luxury environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and retail peak hours, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale systems.
- Certification or formal training in cosmetology or beauty therapy is an advantage; prior experience as a beauty advisor or similar role is preferred.
