We are hiring experienced Bench Sales / Consultant Marketing professionals who can independently create real market movement for technology consultants across C2C, Contract, and Full-Time/W2 opportunities in the U.S.

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role for senior professionals who are comfortable owning their own pipeline, relationships, submissions, interviews, and closures.

We are not looking for recruiters who measure productivity through Easy Apply, Dice applications, mass submissions, or spreadsheet activity.

We are looking for professionals who can generate:

Qualified Submissions → Recruiter/Vendor Screenings → Client Screenings → Interviews → Offers → Placements

What You’ll Own

- Independently market assigned technology consultants.
- Build and activate vendor, recruiter, SI, staffing, and client relationships.
- Identify relevant opportunities beyond job-board applications.
- Generate qualified submissions and actual screenings.




- Drive consultants through interviews, negotiations, offers, and placements.
- Own your individual pipeline and revenue contribution.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–8 years of recent U.S. IT Bench Sales / Consultant Marketing experience.
- Strong recent track record of interviews and placements.
- Existing active vendor, client, and recruiter relationships.
- Experience with C2C, Contract, and Full-Time/W2 marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently without basic Bench Sales training.
- Willingness to work in office in Hyderabad during U.S. shifts.
