Job Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a skilled, efficient, and friendly manner. The role requires maintaining high service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding hygiene and safety practices in line with hotel policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes
- Interact with guests, take orders, and recommend drinks based on preferences
- Ensure bar setup is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Maintain knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and bar menu offerings
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store for replenishment
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Handle cash and billing accurately (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with legal drinking age and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of bar equipment, glassware, and work area




- Provide excellent guest service and handle complaints professionally

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender in a hotel or reputed restaurant/Clubs
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive approach

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of international cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Basic flair bartending skills (optional)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
