We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Baker to join our professional bakery team in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of hands-on experience with comprehensive knowledge of bakery production and expertise across a wide range of bakery products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage day-to-day bakery production activities
- Prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, croissants, cakes, rolls, sandwiches, snacks and other bakery products
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, freshness, quality and presentation
- Manage dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, baking and finishing
- Follow standardized recipes, production processes and quality parameters
- Monitor ingredient quality, inventory usage and production requirements
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and sanitation
- Train and guide junior bakers and bakery assistants
- Ensure timely completion of daily production requirements
- Maintain proper use and upkeep of bakery equipment
- Contribute to recent product development and continuous improvement
