Responsibilities

As the Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, you'll spearhead the optimization and reliability of our ecommerce infrastructure and applications. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Defining and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for the SDLC processes, ecommerce platforms, and hosting infrastructure.
- Ensuring quality assurance of engineering outputs and implementing robust monitoring solutions.
- Collaborating with IT, business, and enterprise teams to meet organizational goals.

Specific Responsibilities

- Architecting and automating SDLC processes, infrastructure deployment, and configuration management.
- Designing, provisioning, and maintaining systems across both cloud-based and on-premises environments.
- Developing CI/CD pipelines, release management strategies, and providing on-call support.
- Addressing ad-hoc requests and issues related to infrastructure, applications, and websites.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

- 8-10 years of DevOps or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in UNIX/Linux administration, networking, and scripting.
- Expertise in configuration management (e.g., Ansible), CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins),



and version control (e.g., Git).
- Advanced knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and AZURE.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, networking concepts, and open-source technologies.
- Solid understanding of monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk) and software development methodologies.
- Leadership skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.

- Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform).
- Configuration Orchestration (Puppet, Chef, SaltStack).
- Immutable Infrastructure (Packer, Docker images).
- Continuous Monitoring (Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana).

- Security Practices (vulnerability scanning, access control, encryption).
