We are building a team around a Senior AWS Migration Engineer with Gen AI to move on-prem workloads to AWS and enhance solutions with modern AI services. You will plan and execute migrations, codify infrastructure in Terraform/CloudFormation, and implement observability and CI/CD while using Bedrock, SageMaker, and OpenAI APIs—apply today.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end migration of on-prem applications to AWS using Rehost, Replatform and Refactor approaches
- Assess current infrastructure, identify dependencies and define a migration strategy
- Design scalable, secure and cost-optimized AWS architectures
- Apply AWS migration tools such as AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), AWS DataSync and Snowball in delivery
- Manage infrastructure via Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Implement CI/CD automation with GitLab CI, Jenkins and CodePipeline
- Set up monitoring and logging using CloudWatch, CloudTrail and Prometheus
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into cloud workloads such as chatbots, automation and data insights
- Use Generative AI services in AWS including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker and OpenAI APIs




- Drive AI-driven automation within DevOps and migration processes

Requirements

- At least 5 to 8 years of skilled experience in cloud engineering and migration
- Expertise across AWS compute services including EC2, Lambda and ECS/EKS
- Hands-on proficiency in AWS storage services such as S3, EBS and EFS
- Strong knowledge of AWS database services including RDS, Aurora and DynamoDB
- Practical background in AWS networking with VPC, VPN and Direct Connect
- Hands-on experience with AWS security services including IAM, KMS and Secrets Manager
- Demonstrated experience with AWS migration tools such as MGN, DMS and DataSync/Snowball
- Competency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience using CI/CD tools including GitLab CI, Jenkins and CodePipeline
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail and Prometheus
- Basic to intermediate exposure to Generative AI services including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker and OpenAI APIs
- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM-based application use cases
