We are seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience in UI Automation Testing for web applications to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams in an Agile setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks.
- Automate smoke, regression, sanity, and functional test suites.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and analyze automation failures.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to automation best practices.

Required Qualifications





- 8+ years of experience in UI Automation Testing for web applications.
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python.
- Experience with Page Object Model, Hybrid Frameworks, and Cucumber (BDD).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of Git, Jira, Confluence, and test execution platforms (BrowserStack/Sauce Labs/LambdaTest).

Nice to have

- Experience with Playwright and API automation.
- Exposure to cloud-based applications and AI-assisted testing tools.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring team members and working in Agile Scrum teams.
