We are building an automation infrastructure that connects and synchronizes workflows across multiple CRM and EMR (Electronic Medical Record) platforms.

Because many of these platforms have limited developer tooling or restricted APIs, our system interacts with their web interfaces and available endpoints to automate operational workflows such as appointment management, client records, and scheduling operations.

We currently have 9 platforms we plan to integrate with. We are looking for an experienced engineer to take full ownership of one platform as an initial trial project, with the opportunity to lead development for the remaining integrations upon success.

The Role

We are looking for someone with deep experience building automation layers that interact with complex web applications.

You should be highly comfortable analyzing application behavior, handling authentication flows, and building reliable automation services that interact with external systems.

You will design and implement the automation framework that powers our integrations and structure the resulting data in Supabase.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Automation & Integration





Analyze platform workflows and build reliable automation processes that interact with CRM/EMR systems to perform actions such as:

- Creating and updating appointments
- Reading and syncing client records
- Updating scheduling data
- Managing booking changes and cancellations

Browser Automation

Build robust automation flows using Playwright or Puppeteer to:
- Handle authentication flows
- Manage sessions and cookies
- Navigate complex application interfaces
- Execute automated actions within web platforms

Data Synchronization

Design structured data pipelines that synchronize platform data with Supabase, ensuring reliability and consistency.

System Architecture

Develop a scalable framework that can support multiple platform integrations with standardized CRUD-style operations.

AI-Assisted Development

Leverage AI development tools and coding agents (Cursor, LangChain, etc.) to accelerate development and improve code generation efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for specialists who have done this type of automation work before.

Strong candidates will have

- Advanced experience with Playwright or Puppeteer
- Deep familiarity with Chrome DevTools and analyzing application behavior
- Experience building automation or integration layers for web platforms
- Strong Supabase experience (database architecture, Edge Functions, RLS)
- Strong understanding of web authentication systems (OAuth, JWT, session cookies, CSRF protection)
- Experience building reliable data sync pipelines

Bonus Experience

Nice-to-have experience includes:
- Automation projects involving complex SaaS platforms
- Prior work with CRM, scheduling, or healthcare systems
- Experience building unofficial integrations or automation wrappers for web platforms
- Familiarity with AI coding tools and development agents
