Work timings

9:00 am to 5:30 pm subject to client deliverables and commitments

•Managing international clients and leading the audits with high-quality delivery.

•Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addresses risk.

•Evaluate the work requirements of audits for clients.

•Supervise junior engagement team members and develop them through effectively delegating audit tasks and providing guidance to assurance staff.

•Write audit reports and present findings to clients and upper management.

•Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations.

•Monitor the engagement team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed.

•Deliver quality auditing services to clients and their stakeholders.





•Direct fieldwork manages engagement economics and inform supervisors of the audit engagement status.

•Develop and maintain productive working relationships with audit client personnel, assess audit clients' satisfaction and proactively maintain contact with the audit client throughout the year.

•Act as the Performance Manager and lead the career development of team members

•Motivate and develop Executives to be effective team leaders

This role is for you if you have the below

Educational qualifications

•A qualified CA/ACCA (ideally 1st attempt)

Work experience

•Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience with international business, manufacturing, trading and service industry, public sector and financial services with a track record of academic and professional success

•Past Big 4 experience is preferred.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

•Extremely high level of comfort with spreadsheets, MS word and Power point.

•Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.

•Proficiency with financial research tools.

•Ability to thrive in an international workplace.
