- Develop and manage relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, VC/PE Funds, and Institutional Investors.
- Drive structured investor outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Identify and engage relevant investors for ongoing fundraising mandates.
- Manage investor conversations, follow-ups, and relationship development throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Coordinate investor–founder meetings, discussions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain investor databases, CRM records, and outreach trackers.
- Work closely with the Investment Banking team on live fundraising mandates and transaction execution.
- Support investor lists, pitch decks, teasers, and other transaction-related materials.
- Track investor engagement and provide regular updates on outreach and transaction progress.

- 4–6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience interacting with HNIs, Family Offices, Funds, or Institutional Investors.
- Working knowledge of fundraising, financial modelling, valuation, and pitch decks.
- Solid analytical, execution, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
