Overview

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Compliance Execution to support the Office Services function by driving statutory and labour compliance across our office locations. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely compliance filings, maintaining statutory documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving execution of labour law and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and have the ability to manage multiple compliance activities while ensuring adherence to timelines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Execution

- Lead the coordination and execution of statutory and regulatory compliance filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Manage end-to-end compliance documentation, statutory registers, licences, approvals, and compliance trackers.
- Monitor compliance calendars and ensure all statutory deadlines are met without exceptions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure seamless compliance execution.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure documentation is audit-ready at all times. Labor, Statutory & Building Compliance
- Drive compliance related to the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act, including statutory registrations, documentation, and filings.
- Collect required documentation and coordinate with third parties to secure S&E; registration for new office locations.
- Ensure compliance under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act (CLRA), including contractor documentation, licences, statutory registers, and renewals.
- Monitor and ensure statutory Notice Board Compliance across all office locations as per applicable labour laws.
- Manage compliance related to Sub-Lease Agreements, ensuring adherence to statutory and contractual obligations.
- Ensure contractor and outsourced workforce compliance with Minimum Wages Act and other applicable labour legislations.
- Support Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance by maintaining required documentation, coordinating audits, and tracking corrective actions.




- Manage building compliance by collating and reviewing documents received from landlords. Governance & Documentation
- Maintain compliance dashboards, trackers, MIS reports, and management updates.
- Ensure all compliance documentation is complete, accurate, and readily available for internal and external audits.
- Support statutory, internal, and client audits by providing required documentation and ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
- Identify compliance gaps and risks, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous process improvements. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary coordination point between Office Services, HR, Legal, Procurement, Finance, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of compliance activities.
- Provide regular updates on compliance status, upcoming obligations, and potential risks to leadership. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in statutory, labour, or regulatory compliance within a corporate, shared services, or multi-location setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, including BOCW, CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Experience managing statutory documentation, compliance filings, licences, and regulatory reporting.
- Exposure to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance will be an added advantage.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Competencies
- Strong understanding of statutory and labour compliance frameworks.
- Ability to independently manage multiple compliance activities and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and risk assessment skills.
- Experience working with external consultants, government authorities, and audit teams.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership with a continuous improvement mindset.
