Job Purpose: To support the Assistant Manager – Productivity &

- DOPS Control in monitoring day-of-operations crew deployment through data analysis, trend tracking and predictive insight. To track standby utilisation, roster stability, crew fairness and fatigue indicators, and to identify productivity and rationalisation opportunities that support informed operational decision-making.

Data Quality and Integration Collect and validate day-of-operations data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness and reliability throughout the process. Integrate and manage real-time data feeds from multiple sources into a centralised database and dashboard setting for up-to-date analysis. Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity are maintained throughout the analysis process.

Roster Stability Monitoring Track roster stability indicators and flag emerging disruption trends to the Assistant Manager – Productivity &

- DOPS Control ahead of escalation. Apply statistical techniques and data-mining methods to complex day-of-operations datasets to uncover trends, patterns and actionable insight.

Crew Fatigue Monitoring

Monitor crew fatigue indicators and FDTL-linked data points, identifying patterns that warrant corrective action. Support periodic fatigue risk reviews with data-driven insight to flag recurring or high-risk patterns. 4.

Crew Fairness Analysis

Analyze crew deployment and duty allocation data to identify fairness gaps across standby, flying hours and duty distribution. Support periodic fairness reviews with data-driven insight highlighting deviation from equitable distribution. 5.

Standby Utilization Analysis To support the Assistant Manager – Productivity &

- DOPS Control in monitoring day-of-operations crew deployment through data analysis, trend tracking and predictive insight. To track standby utilisation, roster stability, crew fairness and fatigue indicators,



and to identify productivity and rationalisation opportunities that support informed operational decision-making. Track and analyses standby deployment and utilization trends across bases, flagging inefficiencies for corrective action. Support optimization of standby planning through predictive insight on utilization patterns.
- Productivity and Rationalization Analysis Analyze crew productivity data, including flying hours, block-hours distribution and utilization, to identify rationalization opportunities. Predict future productivity trends and flag inducing-flight and correction-related anomalies for review.
- Reporting and Dashboard Development Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering standby utilization, roster stability, fairness, fatigue and productivity indicators. Develop comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards to effectively communicate analytical findings. Redesign template reports to improve work efficiency and enhance insight. 8.

Process Automation

Leverage advanced Excel, VBA and Python for efficient data organization and process automation. Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual turnaround and improve team efficiency. Support time-bound day-of-operations initiatives that require focused analytical effort to achieve specific objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. Support data-related projects and initiatives across departments as required. 9.

Stakeholder Communication





Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly updates to the Assistant Manager – Productivity &
- DOPS Control and department head using PowerPoint. Provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Flexibility Clause: Any other additional responsibility may be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer, and HR.

Skills/Qualities Required Advanced Excel and VBA proficiency; working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation Robust statistical and data-mining ability to identify trends, patterns and operational risk Dashboard and reporting tool proficiency (e.g. Power BI or equivalent) Working knowledge of CAE (rostering/hosting system) and day-of-operations data structures Understanding of FDTL regulations and fatigue/fairness principles in crew deployment Clear written and verbal communication for stakeholder presentations Attention to detail and data-integrity discipline

Educational and Experience Requirements Minimum Education requirements Master’s/Bachelor’s degree and/or related field experience in an airline operational environment Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in regulatory documents and record keeping.
