This role involves supporting day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliation (BR), bookkeeping, and general ledger maintenance. The accounts associate will assist with monthly closing, preparation of balance sheet and profit & loss (P&L;) statements, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis. The role will also involve maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of accounting and finance processes, including AP, AR, BR, bookkeeping, and general ledger.
- Experience in handling accounting activities, reconciliations, and month-end closing.




- Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance will be preferred.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other accounting/ERP systems is preferred.
- Good understanding of balance sheet, P&L;, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
