Objective: Responsible for Vehicle management for Transport & collection activities.

Key Accountability

- Meet targets for Fleet availability to maximize Waste Collection & smooth operations.

- Identify and approve the workshop facilities site-wise – or establish them within the scope of the contract.
- Coordinate insurance, fitness, permit, and other statutory compliances. Process insurance claims.
- Monitor expenses site-wise of day-to-day Fleet operations, project- wise, including fuel.
- Periodical preventive maintenance for vehicles.
- Formulate and standardize norms for operational expenses – fuel consumption, labor vehicle, maintenance, etc. for each project.

Automotive systems (vehicle layout, function, and location of parts). Organizing, Documentation.
