This is one of our most critical immediate requirements.
The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline programming, including:
Triggers, variables, states, layers and advanced interactions
Course-level programming and navigation logic
Menu-level programming and functionality
Linear navigation on first visit and open/non-linear navigation on subsequent visits
Complex/critical Storyline functionalities
SCORM/e-learning packaging and LMS requirements
Ability to independently develop and troubleshoot a complete e-learning course For this position, actual programming capability is more key than just the number of years of experience. We should specifically assess the candidate's ability to handle menu-level logic and complex trigger-based functionality during the interview/technical test.
