WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design and implement agentic workflows, tool use, orchestration and robust execution pathsnot demo-only assistants.

- Build RAG solutions end to end: ingestion, retrieval, embeddings, reranking, grounding, evaluation and improvement loops.

- Develop clean, testable Python services with sound OOP, domain boundaries, APIs and asynchronous/background processing where appropriate.

- Integrate enterprise systems safely and translate problem statements into incremental, measurable product outcomes.

- Own technical decisions, quality and delivery; work independently while making risks and trade-offs visible early.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Strong Python 3.12+ and production software-engineering experience: FastAPI, Pydantic, pytest and up-to-date OOP.

- Hands-on RAG and agentic-framework experience, including evaluation, observability and failure handling.

- Excellent problem solving, communication and autonomy; able to move from discovery to a maintainable service.

- Senior level: very strong relevant experience, technical leadership and first experience managing or leading smaller project teams.

AI Engineer level: solid practical foundation and the ability to grow into independent end-to-end ownership
