We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from concept to execution. The candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and the ability to independently coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, presentations, and detailed drawings.
- Lead projects from design development through execution.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Prepare and review working drawings and construction details.
- Coordinate with clients and conduct project meetings.
- Review site progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Guide junior architects and manage project deliverables.
- Ensure drawings and documentation meet applicable regulations and standards.





Requirements:

- B.Arch degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and presentation software.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction.
- Positive communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong design and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently manage projects and teams.

What we are looking for: A designer who can think independently, take ownership, lead a team, and translate concepts into well-resolved architecture.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
