We are looking for a Senior Architect with a strong design sensibility, technical knowledge and the ability to independently lead projects from concept to execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Should be able to handle Commercial, Residential High - Rise apartments, villas and interior projects
- Lead architecture and interior projects independently
- Design development, working drawings & detailing
- Client presentations and coordination
- Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants
- Site coordination and execution reviews
- Should be able to design as per local building regulations
- Guide junior architects and manage project deliverables

Requirements
- B.Arch/ M.Arch degree with minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Strong design and technical detailing skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp (3D design skills are must)




- Good understanding of materials and construction
- Solid communication and team-management skills
- Ability to take complete ownership of projects
- Knowledge of local building regulations and approval processes.
- Must be willing to travel between Tirupati and Hyderabad project locations as required.

We’re looking for someone who can think creatively, design smartly, coordinate and execute projects with equal attention to concept and detail. SALARY - 3,60,000/- to 7,20,000/- per annum based on skills and expertise
