About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, energetic and highly motivated Senior Architect to take a leading role in the design development and delivery of architecture and interior projects, with a particular focus on education-led, design-driven and high-quality environments.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an architect who enjoys design, problem-solving, technical development and turning ideas into well-coordinated, buildable solutions. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects and design packages from concept through detailed design and construction documentation, while working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive architectural design development from concept through detailed design, technical design and construction documentation.
- Take ownership of project and design packages, ensuring design intent, quality, technical accuracy, programme and buildability are maintained throughout.
- Develop, review and coordinate plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, specifications and presentation information.
- Translate design concepts into practical, technically sound and buildable architectural solutions.
- Coordinate architectural design with interior design, structural, MEP, landscape, specialist consultants and contractor inputs.
- Proactively identify and resolve design, technical, coordination and constructability issues.




- Lead design coordination meetings and manage actions, RFIs, comments and revisions through timely closure.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to develop solutions and resolve project challenges.
- Provide design direction, technical guidance and constructive feedback to architects and junior team members.
- Take an active role in design reviews, client presentations, pitches, workshops and project discussions.
- Support project planning, resource coordination, deliverable reviews and submission programmes.
- Maintain a high level of quality control and ensure project information is accurate, coordinated, consistent and issued on time.
- Contribute to material selection, design standards, technical development and continuous improvement of project workflows.
- Stay current with new technologies, software, materials, design approaches and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of skilled architectural experience with demonstrated responsibility for project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, detailing, materials, construction methods and multidisciplinary coordination.




- Demonstrated ability to lead design packages and coordinate teams through multiple project stages.
- Strong understanding of drawing standards, documentation workflows, quality control and project deliverables.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within demanding project programmes.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in education, hospitality, retail or premium commercial fit-out projects.
- Experience working with international design consultants, clients or contractors.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary coordination and technical design development.
- Exposure to BIM standards, model coordination and structured digital project workflows.
- Strong interest in developing a long-term career within a design-led, multi-geography organisation.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
