Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Project Architect with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in architectural design, project execution, site coordination, and project management.

The candidate will be responsible for handling projects from concept development through execution , ensuring high standards of design, functionality, aesthetics, quality, and timely completion.

The ideal candidate should have strong design knowledge, excellent AutoCAD skills, expertise in detailed drawings, and hands-on experience in landscape design and site planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural planning, design, and execution from concept to completion.
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Prepare accurate detailed drawings and construction documentation .
- Develop and integrate landscape and outdoor space designs with the overall architectural design.
- Plan and design gardens, lawns, plantation areas, pathways, outdoor spaces, hardscape, and softscape.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution is as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Review construction quality, materials, dimensions, finishes,



and architectural detailing.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Review drawings, design revisions, material selections, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, codes, and statutory requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and understand project requirements and design expectations.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Provide practical design and technical solutions during project execution.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project records.

Location & Site Visit Requirements

- Head Office: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
- Regular site visits will be required based on project requirements.
- Project locations may include Upper Thane, Palava, Alibaug, and other locations across Mumbai and Maharashtra .
- Willingness to travel to project sites is essential.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.




- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong design knowledge with experience in architectural planning and development.
- Excellent knowledge and mastery of AutoCAD.
- Strong expertise in preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings .
- Hands-on experience in landscape design and site planning.
- Good understanding of hardscape, softscape, plantation, garden design, pathways, and outdoor spaces .
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, specifications, and architectural detailing.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization , or other relevant architectural software.
- Good understanding of building regulations, approval processes, and statutory requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in high-end residential, luxury villas, premium estates, or large-scale development projects .
- Experience independently managing projects from concept and design through execution and completion .
- Strong experience in landscape and outdoor space design .
- Experience coordinating contractors and multiple project teams.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
- Experience leading and mentoring architectural/design teams.
