Active Designs Private Limited is seeking a highly creative, experienced, and innovative Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for architecture, excellent design capabilities, and the ability to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet project requirements and client expectations.

The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant qualified experience in the architectural field, with a proven track record of handling projects from concept development through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Quality Innovative Design / Estimate / working days delivery on time and approvals.

· Request Register - Master Plan / Studio / Site file updating on timely basis

· Daily Reports - EOD, Weekly studio report

· Master Plan updation on timely basis and updating in server

· Site Visit - Biweekly for checking work as per drawing issued - SA/QC

· Material selection / BOQ

· MOM updation with PM / Proj-co's after client / Site meetings
