Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.

- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment processing and minimize write-offs.

- Analyze revenue cycle metrics to optimize processes and improve cash flow.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or related field (e.g., medical billing).

- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare providers over the phone.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities.
