We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across APAC and EMEA markets. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to independently own multiple requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and project-based roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Screen, assess, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and negotiations.
- Maintain talent pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates and metrics.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely follow-ups.

Requirements




- 5–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience hiring across APAC and EMEA markets.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership of the recruitment process from requirement to onboarding.

Preferred
- Technology or specialized hiring experience.
- Good understanding of international talent markets and hiring practices.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and pipeline management.
