Overview We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Analyst – Recruitment to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to meet our organizational goals. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

How you'll make an impact Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies,



and best practices in the Re-insurance industry . Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer in Re-insurance industry About you Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in Bulk hiring recruitment, preferably within the insurance, financial services Strong understanding of sourcing Techniques and also Market mapping Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions effectively.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
