Job Summary

Sr. Analyst - Research (Location: Pune) You will be part of the Real Estate Intelligence Service (REIS) team that tracks real estate trends and advises clients with market reports and insights. The team supports other businesses of JLL with data, insights and contributes towards thought leaderships, media releases and branding of the firm. You will be responsible for tracking Pune's office, retail and residential markets.

In addition, you will keep a close track on policy announcements, state level infrastructure projects progress and maintain an appetite for gaining and enhancing your knowledge on the city's real estate and economic landscape.

Responsibilities

- Collecting data from various primary sources like visiting developers office, project sites and interacting with the relevant internal business lines.
- Preparing excel data, participating in forecast discussion and writing market reports for Pune are other key responsibilities in this role.
- You will work closely with the REIS central team and your reporting manager who interact with the APAC team for various submissions.

Research and Analytics

- You will provide client research including real estate market intelligence studies, location intelligence, construction intelligence, transaction intelligence etc.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to support assignment-based and ad-hoc research queries.
- You will also provide client research including market trends,



key themes and reasoning for any changes in market.
- You should have a excellent hand in excel and writing reports.

Client and Competitor Intelligence

- You will maintain our Pune REIS database and ensure it is kept up to date.

Requirements

- Being Analytical: You will be building, maintaining, supporting and validating primary and secondary databases to be used to support our Pune REIS submissions to clients. You will also be extracting valuable information from public data sources ranging from macroeconomic trends, industry developments, company financial information and competitor landscape. You will also be involved in data cleaning, preparation, interpretation and analysis using statistical technique and tools in Excel, Internal CRM database and other data management systems.
- Meticulous: You must pay attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. Possess the ability to collate information into cohesive presentations with proper slide layout / design.

Qualifications

- You will have a Degree / Diploma or relevant educational background in Real Estate (Planning or Architecture), Economics or Business Administration with min 3-5 years of working experience.
