We are seeking an Enterprise Innovation Analyst to help bridge the gap between emerging technologies and practical business applications. The role will focus on staying connected to the firm's broader technology and innovation ecosystem, particularly across AI, application development, data, automation, and other emerging technology capabilities. The objective is to identify, evaluate, and translate innovative capabilities into tangible value for business stakeholders, development teams, and client solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and stay current on enterprise innovation strategies, emerging technologies, approved tools, platforms, and technology roadmaps.
- Build and maintain relationships with digital, technology, and innovation teams across the organization to understand current capabilities, products, and initiatives.
- Research and evaluate advancements in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Automation, Application Development, and Low-Code/Pro-Code platforms.
- Translate relevant technology developments into actionable insights for designers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to leverage existing enterprise capabilities and reusable assets instead of developing duplicative solutions.
- Support project and client teams in evaluating solution options, understanding available capabilities, and connecting with the appropriate technology teams and resources.
- Facilitate collaboration across innovation, technology, and business teams to drive adoption of emerging capabilities.
- Create feedback loops between business needs, client use cases, and enterprise innovation initiatives to influence future technology investments and solutions.
- Prepare presentations,



technology assessments, innovation summaries, and recommendation papers for stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, innovation, business analysis, product management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI/GenAI, Automation, Data & Analytics, Cloud Platforms, and Application Development.
- Experience conducting research, technology evaluations, and capability assessments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Azure services, Databricks, AI/ML solutions, and enterprise application development.
- Experience with innovation programs, technology scouting, capability mapping, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of Low-Code and Pro-Code development frameworks.
- Experience working in professional services, consulting, risk, legal, or compliance environments is preferred.
