About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Analyst – Customer Support to handle customer queries, maintain customer information, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through appropriate channels and provide timely assistance.

Maintain and update customer profiles and records.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely closure.

Maintain accurate customer data and documentation.

Support day-to-day customer service activities.

Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.





1+ year of experience in customer support/customer service preferred.

Freshers with positive communication and customer-handling skills may also apply.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Strong coordination and teamwork abilities.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
