Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced AI solution development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Develop and optimize prompts, AI agents, and advanced RAG architectures.
- Implement hybrid search, re-ranking, and agentic retrieval workflows.
- Conduct LLM evaluation, benchmarking, and performance optimization.
- Build AI solutions using Python, SQL databases, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Develop and manage data processing pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Follow best practices in testing, CI/CD, Git, and MLOps.

Required Skills




- 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Robust hands-on experience with:
- LLMs and Generative AI
- Agentic AI and AI Agents
- Prompt Engineering and Prompt Optimization
- LLM Evaluation and Benchmarking
- Advanced RAG architectures
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, or similar foundation models.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and MLOps practices.

Good to Have
- Experience with Snowflake architecture, Snowflake Cortex, AI functions, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Graph Databases and GraphQL.
