Required availability ( between 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM) IST, for 4-5 hrs daily

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / Generative AI Developer with solid hands-on experience in RAG architecture, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Copilot. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft's AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise AI applications.
- Build AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and related Azure AI services.
- Develop and customize Microsoft Copilot solutions for business use cases.
- Implement document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval, and LLM-based generation pipelines.




- Integrate enterprise data sources with RAG and Copilot solutions.
- Optimize AI applications for accuracy, performance, scalability, and security.
- Work with Azure OpenAI and other Microsoft AI services.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
