Role Description As a Senior AI Engineer at Future of Nation, you will design, build, and optimize AI-driven solutions that enhance learning experiences and operational efficiency. You will work on end-to-end model development, including data collection and preprocessing, experimentation, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in production environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with educators and product teams to translate learning outcomes into AI features, implementing scalable architectures, improving model performance, and ensuring robust, ethical use of data.

You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards,



documentation, and best practices across the AI team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in AI and machine learning, including experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python) and frameworks/tools (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar).
- Experience with data engineering tasks, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Background in deploying and maintaining AI models in production, using cloud platforms, APIs, and MLOps practices.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures that integrate AI components with existing products and services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate educational or business needs into technical requirements.
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams with educators, product managers, and designers, and clearly communicating complex technical concepts.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading other engineers, contributing to code reviews, and setting high engineering standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
