Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Consultant with 12+ years of technology experience and strong expertise in Databricks, Mozaic AI, Generative AI, LangGraph, Python, SQL, and React . The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI and data solutions, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the Databricks AI ecosystem , including AI/ML solution development, LLM-based applications, agentic AI workflows, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Databricks .
- Work with Databricks Mosaic AI capabilities to build, evaluate, deploy, and manage AI/LLM applications.
- Design and implement LLM-powered applications and AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph .
- Develop agentic workflows involving tool calling, orchestration, memory, RAG, and multi-step reasoning.
- Build robust data and AI pipelines using Python, SQL, and Databricks .
- Integrate AI services and backend APIs with modern web applications using React .
- Design RAG architectures , including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval, and response generation.
- Develop and optimize prompts, evaluation frameworks, and LLM application performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready AI solutions.
- Establish best practices around AI application security, governance, monitoring, evaluation, and responsible AI.
- Troubleshoot performance, scalability,



data quality, and model-related issues in production environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.

Required Technical Skills
- Databricks: Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and its AI/ML ecosystem.
- Mosaic AI: Experience with Databricks Mosaic AI / GenAI capabilities.
- Generative AI / LLMs: Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- LangGraph: Hands-on experience designing agentic workflows and multi-agent applications.
- Python: Strong programming and application-development skills.
- SQL: Advanced SQL and experience working with large-scale data.
- React: Experience developing or integrating AI-powered user interfaces.
- Experience with REST APIs and integration of AI/ML services.
- Understanding of cloud-based data and AI architectures.

Preferred Skills
- Experience deploying enterprise GenAI applications in production.
- Experience with Databricks Model Serving and AI application deployment.
- Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems.
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation, observability, guardrails, and AI governance.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms.
- Robust solution architecture and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience leading technical teams or enterprise AI transformation initiatives.

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

12+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience, with significant recent experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, Databricks, and enterprise application development .
