This role is ideal for an aerospace simulation professional with strong expertise in CFD, FEA, aerodynamic analysis, and numerical modelling, along with experience mentoring engineers and translating simulation results into practical design improvements.

Experience: 4–5 years of total industry experience

Relevant Experience: Minimum 1–1.5 years in advanced numerical modelling & simulation

Qualification: M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering, Aerodynamics, or Fluid Dynamics

Key Responsibilities

- Lead aerodynamic and structural simulation workflows using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Design, analyse, and validate aerospace components and sub-systems.
- Conduct advanced numerical modelling and simulation for engineering applications.
- Interpret simulation results and translate them into practical design modifications and improvements.
- Review simulation methodologies, results, and engineering outputs to ensure technical accuracy.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in simulation and analysis activities.




- Review CAD and CAM modelling outputs and provide technical feedback.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate simulation insights into product development.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong foundation in compressible and incompressible fluid dynamics, aerodynamics, and thermal simulation.
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as:
- ANSYS Fluent
- ANSYS CFX
- OpenFOAM
- HyperMesh
- Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural and thermal load cases.
- Solid ability to interpret CFD/FEA simulation outputs and convert findings into design modifications.
- Experience with aerospace component and subsystem analysis.
- Ability to guide junior engineers and review their technical work.
- Experience reviewing CAD/CAM modelling outputs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and engineering communication skills.

Who Can Apply Candidates with an M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering, Aerodynamics, or Fluid Dynamics and 4–5 years of industry experience, including at least 1–1.5 years of advanced numerical modelling and simulation experience, are encouraged to apply.
