About the Role Legal Assure is looking for a Senior Advocate with practical experience in Real Estate and Property Law to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for handling property-related legal matters, supervising junior advocates and support staff, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare error-free legal drafts and communicate effectively with clients.
- Handle and supervise a team of Junior Advocates and support staff.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, banks, societies and other stakeholders.
- Handle matters related to Land Acquisition, Title Search, Title Due Diligence and Property Transactions.
- Manage Resale Property Transactions, including:
- MOU
- Agreement to Sale
- Sale Deed
- Registration
- Related documentation
- Review and supervise legal documentation, title reports and property-related compliances.
- Independently handle multiple client matters and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Address client requirements and resolve day-to-day legal issues.
- Coordinate effectively across teams and ensure smooth execution of assigned matters.
- Work in a technology-driven legal office and adapt to technology-enabled legal processes.
Requirements
- LLB qualification with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Practical experience in Real Estate / Property Law preferred.
- Strong knowledge of property documentation and registration processes.
- Hands-on experience in property transactions, title search and due diligence.
- Excellent English drafting and communication skills.
- Robust typing speed and accuracy.
- Good negotiation, coordination and team-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage client matters.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with technology-driven systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
