Designation: Senior Admission Counsellor / Admissions & Enrolment Manager

Experience: 3 years Minimum

Preferred background: School admissions, international/CBSE schools, education sales, premium residential sales, hospitality or high-value customer relationship roles.

Must-have abilities:

- Excellent English + Telugu/Hindi communication
- Confident dealing with parents
- Solid telephone follow-up
- Ability to conduct an impressive school tour
- Objection handling especially fees, competition, location and academics
- Ability to close admissions rather than just generate enquiries
- CRM/Excel/WhatsApp follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with monthly admission targets
- Ability to generate referrals and local leads
- Professional appearance and mature personality
