Dolphin Head Hunters is looking for an experienced Senior Admission Counselor for student counselling and admission-related sales for IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English courses.

The candidate must have a confident, presentable personality, strong communication skills, and excellent convincing and sales-closing ability.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students for IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English courses.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, batches, and facilities.
- Work towards monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain enquiry and admission records.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education sales, or a similar sales role.
- Strong convincing, negotiation,



and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, smart, well-groomed, and presentable personality is mandatory.
- Solid follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Comfortable working with sales and admission targets.
- Experience in IELTS, PTE, study abroad, immigration, or education sector will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
