What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective parents and understand their child’s school admission requirements.
- Guide parents through the school selection and admission process.
- Address admission-related queries and provide accurate information.
- Help families identify schools that align with their requirements and preferences.
- Build solid relationships with parents and provide a positive counselling experience.
- Manage multiple parent interactions while maintaining attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For✅ Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English ✅ Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field
✅ Freshers are welcome; experience in admission counselling is a plus
✅ Strong customer-service mindset
✅ Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
✅ Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
✅ Education background is preferred The role is designed for candidates who enjoy interacting with parents and helping families navigate school admissions.
