Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Accounts Payable, MIS and General Ledger management role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, vendor reconciliation, and timely payment processing.

The individual will oversee the preparation, review, and posting of journal entries to ensure accurate general ledger maintenance and month-end closing. The role includes preparing and analyzing MIS reports, tracking key financial metrics, and supporting management with data-driven insights. Day-to-day responsibilities also include reviewing expense reports for policy compliance,



supporting internal and external audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, with experience in core accounting principles and practices.
- Candidates should possess expertise in managing Expense Reports and related payables processes.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Journal Entries (Accounting) and general ledger operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and preparing MIS reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in accounts payable, MIS reporting, and general ledger management at a senior or lead level.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
