We have an urgent requirement of Senior Accountant who have experience Minimum 10-12 Years of Experience and joined immdiately or within 2 or 3 days

- Roles & Responsibilities – Accounts & Taxation Executive
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including Journal, Ledger, Cash Book and other accounting entries.
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9A and GSTR-9C, as applicable.
- Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.
- Prepare and file TDS Returns and maintain related records and reconciliations.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and maintain Petty Cash records.
- Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) filing and preparation/generation of Form 16.
- Manage branch accounting, including inter-branch transactions and reconciliations.
- Maintain inventory and stock accounting, including raw materials, goods receipt/issues and consumption entries.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and provide financial information to management.
- Prepare and provide required data,



schedules and supporting documents to C.A./Auditors for audit and compliance.
- Assist in finalization of accounts, Balance Sheet and other financial statements.
- Draft and maintain official correspondence with clients, vendors, banks, auditors and other stakeholders.
- Maintain records and support compliance related to EPF and ESIC.
- Ensure timely maintenance of accounting records and compliance with applicable tax and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, C.A., auditors, banks, vendors and clients for accounting and taxation-related matters.

Drafting Letters for send mail to Client, Vendors, Bank etc Excel Knowledge (Lookups, Pivot Table, Countif, Data Validation etc)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
