Citadel Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, reconciliations, financial reporting, planning, and MIS-related work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, customer and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain regular MIS and financial reports.
- Support financial planning, budgeting and reporting activities.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Verify invoices, vouchers and accounting entries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounts-related requirements.
- Assist management with financial data, analysis and reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting processes.
- Good working knowledge of:
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Excel formulas and data analysis
- Strong reconciliation and reporting skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Accounts / Finance is required.
- Candidates with experience in the insurance broking/insurance industry will be preferred.
- Should have good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be comfortable working with large volumes of financial data.
- Strong knowledge of Excel is essential.
