The Senior Accountant / Account Head at AKS Jewels Pvt. Job Summary The position oversees the company's financial reporting, accounts management, tax compliance, and specialized jewelry inventory control. The role requires deep alignment with the operational workflows of a commercial jewelry manufacturing and retail setting.Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting &
- Control:

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements. Manage corporate budgeting, forecasting models, and live cash flow monitoring.

- Inventory &

- Cost Management:

Actively track raw materials (including gold, platinum, diamonds, and precious gems) dynamically from production through final sale. Maintain accurate stock valuation and lead regular physical inventory audits to mitigate metal loss or scrap leaks.

- Compliance &

- Taxation:

Ensure timely execution of statutory filings, including GST,



TDS, TCS, and EPF. Oversee financial structures to navigate complex tax regulations around bullion transactions. Coordinate with external audit partners during yearly financial closures.

- Accounts Management: Supervise and verify general ledgers, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and vendor/customer accounts. Run comprehensive bank reconciliations (BRS).

- Systems &

- Operations:

Leverage specialized industry platforms such as Tally ERP, MS Excel (advanced analytics), or dedicated Jewellery ERP software (like GATI) to run daily bookkeeping and accounting policies.
