Role SummaryAvarya Retail is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reconciliations for our retail and corporate store network in Dadar. The candidate will manage store billing, inventory ledger reconciliation, tax filings, vendor accounts, and assist in finalizing financial statements.

Key ResponsibilitiesCore Accounting & Store Operations

- Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Manage full spectrum accounting, including sales, purchases, bank transactions, and journal entries in Tally/ERP.
- Retail & Cash Reconciliation: Perform daily cash drawer, credit card, and digital payment wallet reconciliations for retail store operations.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor payments, track outstanding invoices, reconcile vendor ledger accounts, and manage receivables.
- Inventory Accounting: Monitor inward and outward stock movements, generate e-way bills/e-invoices, and perform inventory audit reconciliations.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance




- GST & Taxation: Handle timely filing and reconciliation of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and e-invoicing.
- Direct & Payroll Taxes: Calculate, deposit, and file returns for TDS, Professional Tax (PT), PF, and ESIC.
- Audits & Finalization: Coordinate with internal/external auditors, support periodic audits, and assist senior management in the finalization of accounts.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Master’s degree (M.Com). (Inter CA / CA IPCC preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting (preference for Retail, FMCG, or Food/Beverage retail domain).
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Sound working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and E-Way bill generation.
- Soft Skills: High numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, robust communication skills, and ability to hit tight compliance deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
