We are hiring for Accounts and Finance Officer

Location: Chennai

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: Based on their experience

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L; reports.

Maintain the General Ledger and ensure accurate accounting entries.

Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.

Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and outstanding balances.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with auditors and support audit-related activities.

Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective actions.

Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and closing processes.
