We are looking for a sharp, highly responsible and experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounts, taxation, banking coordination and export-related compliances for our business group.

This role requires someone with strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail and a very low tolerance for errors. We do not want a person who only enters data in Tally. The candidate should understand transactions, identify problems independently and take complete ownership of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete accounting and bookkeeping
- GST returns, reconciliation and compliance
- TDS and other statutory compliances
- Bank reconciliation and payment/receipt tracking
- Export accounting and documentation
- Export invoices, shipping bills and related records
- Monitoring of eBRC, EDPMS, EGM, IGST refunds and export realizations
- Coordination with banks for inward remittances and export settlements
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense and party ledgers
- Coordinate with CA, banks, consultants and government departments
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure nothing is missed
- Review work of junior accountants




- Prepare management reports for pending payments, receivables and compliance matters

Candidate Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting and reconciliation
- Good command of Tally and Excel
- Experience in an export/trading business preferred
- Knowledge of export documentation, GST refunds, LUT, eBRC and EDPMS will be an advantage
- Must have strong logical and problem-solving ability
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Should be able to work independently without constant follow-up
- Must take responsibility for completing work from start to finish
- Good email drafting and communication skills
- Honest, disciplined and dependable

Significant We are looking for a Senior Accountant with intelligence, ownership and accuracy, not just someone with years of experience.

Candidates who require constant supervision or frequently make accounting/compliance mistakes may not be suitable for this role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
