Samshek Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to take ownership of our accounting, financial controls, cash-flow management, statutory compliance, garment costing and management reporting.

? Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial controls
- Oversee AP, AR, banking, cash and general ledger
- Handle monthly closing and financial statements
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and Chartered Accountants

Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Prepare and manage 13-week rolling cash-flow forecasts
- Monitor bank balances, receivables and supplier payments
- Manage working-capital requirements and bank facilities
- Monitor inventory, WIP and cash-flow risks

Garment Costing & Profitability
- Review style-wise and order-wise garment costing
- Analyse fabric, trims and production costs
- Monitor actual vs. estimated costs and production variances
- Analyse gross margins and identify cost-saving opportunities

Export Finance & Compliance
- Manage export invoicing and foreign-currency transactions
- Handle export receivables, BRC/e-BRC and LUT
- Knowledge of GST export/refund processes
- Coordinate with DGFT, ICEGATE and banks
- Exposure to LC / collection transactions will be an advantage

Statutory Compliance & MIS
- GST, TDS, Income Tax,



PF/ESI and MCA/ROC coordination
- Prepare monthly MIS covering sales, margins, receivables, payables, inventory, WIP, cash flow and financial risks
- Present and explain financial numbers and business insights to management/directors

Internal Controls

- Strengthen controls around payments, banking, inventory, vendors, customers and expenses
- Ensure proper authorisation and segregation of duties
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation

? Candidate Profile

Essential

✅ 8–15 years of relevant experience

✅ Strong accounting & finance fundamentals

✅ Excellent Excel skills

✅ Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP

✅ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation

✅ Cash-flow management & bank reconciliation experience

✅ Independent month-end closing experience

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

⭐ Garment/Textile manufacturing experience

⭐ Export-oriented business experience

⭐ USA/UK customer or international transaction exposure

⭐ Factory costing, inventory & WIP experience

⭐ Working-capital/bank facility management experience

⭐ CA / CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent
