Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions

- • Handle accounts payable and receivable

- • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports

- • Manage GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances (India)

- • Handle payroll processing and employee salary management

- • Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring

- • Coordinate with auditors and support during audits

- • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Requirements

- • Proven experience as an Accountant (preferably in construction / interior / MEP / fit-out industry)

- • Robust knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)

- • Experience in payroll management as per Indian standards

- • Proficiency in Tally

- • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

- • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
