You should be someone who has handled real day-to-day accounting responsibility, not just studied it.



Candidates with no hands-on accounting/finance work experience will not be considered. This posting is for an experienced accountant, ideally with exposure to an engineering, manufacturing, or defence/aerospace organization.

Minimum Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent with CGPA 7.5+ (or equivalent) — applications below this will not be considered
- 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience (real ledgers, filings, and reconciliations — not academic projects)

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing day-to-day accounting activities, entries, reconciliations, and financial documentation
- Handling vendor/customer accounts, invoices, payments, and receivables/payables coordination
- Supporting GST, statutory records, audit documentation, and monthly closing activities
- Coordinating with Purchase, Stores, HR, and management for financial records
- Working in an engineering, manufacturing, or defence/aerospace organization environment — preferred

You Must Have Hands-On Experience With

- GST filing, statutory compliance, and monthly closing processes
- Accounting software/ERP tools used for day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliation
- An engineering, manufacturing, or defence/aerospace organization — strongly preferred
