ENSEPATEC India is looking for a strong Senior Accountant who wants to move beyond routine accounting into financial planning, project controlling and management reporting.

The position is responsible for maintaining our Finance Planner as the central financial control system for projects and company operations. The successful candidate will convert contracts, purchase commitments, invoices, payment schedules and budgets into reliable information on cash flow, project liquidity, margins, forecasts, P&L; and Balance Sheet.

This is not a routine bookkeeping position. It is a hands-on controlling role requiring strong accounting fundamentals, analytical thinking and the ability to identify inconsistencies before they affect project profitability or company liquidity. This positioning directly reflects the original role definition.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain Finance Planner and project transaction data accurately and continuously.
- Plan and monitor customer receipts, supplier payments, project cash flow and liquidity.
- Reconcile financial data with contracts, POs, invoices, banks and Tally.
- Monitor project cost, revenue, gross margin and pre-calculation versus actual results.
- Identify duplicate, missing, obsolete or incorrectly classified transactions.
- Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, liquidity,



project and Group Reporting.
- Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, year-end closing and audit requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, local Accounts and Group Finance.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance; M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter or CMA Inter is an advantage. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in accounting, reporting, planning or project controlling, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, project-based or multinational company.

Solid understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow, project costing, project liquidity and gross margin is required. Advanced Excel skills and practical knowledge of Tally and Indian accounting are expected. Good written and spoken English is essential.
