Senior Accountant Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliations, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain sales, purchase, expense, and payment records accurately.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and financial reports.
- Manage bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Verify bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with management, vendors, customers, and other departments regarding accounts-related matters.




- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
- Support audits and provide required financial documents.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in retail, trading, electronics, mobile, or similar businesses will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years

Location: Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
